WHAT IS MLM OR NETWORK MARKETING

(MLM)Multi level marketing, or Network Marketing, is a form of direct sales home business in which independent representatives sell goods and services from a company to an end consumer. The multi-level aspect refers to each people ability to recruit and train other people, and earn a commission on their reps' sales.

(Network Marketing or MLM is a process of distributing goods from people to people without having to spend a lot money on advertising.

Big MLM companies that are publicly-traded are “unicorns” Billion-dollar companies and some have zero-debt.

I once heard the 30-second commercial on NFL costs $200,000. MLM companies do not need to spend this amount on advertising. That is why you can not see TV commercials. They would rather distribute this money to people who successfuly distribute their products.

Thousands and thousands of Millionaires are created through MLM. This industry, according to Les Brown, has created more millionaires than any industry in the world that exists today!

The concept in MLM looks very scammy because not a lot of people understand it.

I define MLM as a platform for anyone to succeed in life. Because no one will succeed in MLM if people don’t change. That is why this is a transformational industry. For those who understand it, they will agree with me on this.

Don Failla has a very simple way to explain it. To illustrate how to earn:

1. Upon getting started, learn the basics and set some goals, say you want to earn first check, $50.
2. Understand the Compensation Plan how to get it and start working on it, legally, morally, ethically.
3. Find someone who wants to earn even small income, say $50 and since you know how to earn $50, you teach him how to get it.
4. Once he get it, teach him how to teach to others and duplicate the process.

It is by duplication that people earn consistent income. When people start earning $50, they will study how to earn $100, 200, 300, 400, 1 000, 10 000, 100 000 or even 1 000 000. And they will be duplicating that process over and over and over again. There is Leveraging of time, effort and money in MLM.

People who are earning Millions have a very strong organization who are earning money. No one can get millions if nothing down the line are earning.

So this is a helping business. That is why in MLM, you need to find-like minded people, not dependent people.

However, you can not help people if you don't know how to earn small income. Learn how to earn even small income first based on your compensation plan.
